I've been using PrivateVPN for 3 - 4 years now and today was the first time that I've had an issue with it. But it was sorted in 10 minutes with an email to support. Thanks again JC Adrian

Amazing Customer Support
The VPN is good but really I appreciate the customer support team. Whenever I have an issue with a site saying it's blocked because I'm using a VPN, I have messaged support and gotten someone to help me very quickly and they've always found a way around that. Thank you!

I am very impressed with the customer service from this company. The online chat is consistently answered by a person (promptly after the bot asks just one or two questions) who actually listens and responds appropriately to give the answers in a helpful way - like Tom, who was excellent this evening and really impressed me: I have just requested specific details on a receipt and have been told the amendments will be emailed to me - so convenient!
