I am 74 years old with technology of any kind I am useless, had problems connecting, but they solved it! Could not get into the sites I wanted, solved!!! Great help quick and easy to understand. Even though I only followed Mac's instructions it worked perfectly the first time. Thanks, Mac!

I have used this VPN for many years and it is efficient and effective . I is it for protection when using public WiFi and to use DOWNLOAD TV apps outside of the UK. When I use VPN however I do occasionally ( one or twice a year) encounter problems with BBC Iplayer. When this happens I have contacted the help email and have always received a prompt response with helpful easy to follow instruction of what to try to overcome the BBC blocks.
