Good service
Good service. Works reliably..fixed an issue with a certain country geo-locking access via their service quickly. Works with all the geo-locked services you would hope it does. Bandwidth is reliable enough to watch HD content.

Fast and reliable VPN provider
I have been using PrivateVPN for almost an year, and I am very satisfied as a customer. The service is very fast and reliable, a wide variety of servers across the globe, and the service desk is friendly and helpful when comes to technical details. You can use the service on desktop and mobile devices as well, and there is an Internet Kill-Switch function to freeze your network activity if the VPN disconnects.

Connection issues
I had trouble connecting to a particular app. Got quite frustrated with it but with good communication and patience the matter was solved to my grateful satisfaction. You don’t know, sometimes, how good a product is until you have an issue with it and PrivateVPN have passed with flying colours. Can recommend without hesitation.Thank you very much.

I am a new member in this society and I wanted first to check how my laptop corresponds with this VPN since it’s running Windows 7 Pro. So, there was a problem ( I needed apparently another link to download and install the App ) which the Support Team and in particular James gave a solution IMMEDIATELY !! Thanks once more James !
