I was assisted by Manish Great Job!
I was assisted by Manish and he came on quickly and was able to diagnose the problem very fast and then remote access my system and make the corrections. Excellent experience with the service a Privatevpn. Based on this experience I am hopeful that the technical performance works as well as the customer service. As I am not pleased with the VPN pricing or performance of TrendMicro's solution and I have been using their products for years but the VPN is not ready for prime time.

Very satisfied with service, I've been using it for over a year. Support is extremely quick in responding when I had a question; I sent an email late on Saturday evening and almost immediately received a response from Richard.

My VPN Client was stuck
My VPN Client was stuck, whenever I tried to install, always stopped at 96 %. Support team 7 times offered steps how to improve - including TeamViewer connection - by e-mail and the last suggestion with MS tool helped. Thanks for that.

customer service is very important to me and i find it here, even before i get my VPN i just needed some info and i get it, Ferdinand you were amazing with you support today, i was stuck with a situation and you bring a solution and handed it to me, have i gone elsewhere i don't know if others would do what you did for me ,,i just wanted to say many thanks to you and keep up the good work as it is very much appreciated here, very fast and effective job well done....thank you

Mr Manish is very professional...he is very patient waiting for my text chat. Because i am a single finger typer. so i took a very time typing my problems in the text chats. But he managed to helped me by using the Team Viewer...I am very please and happy with his patient and servise. Worth the 5 star rating..Thank you.
