didnt renew in time and blocked
I was blocked from Private's website after forgetting to renew my subscription. However Ferdinand replied to my e-mail within minutes and got me connected temporarily so that i could go connect and renew. The support team has always been very quick to fix any trouble I've had in the past 2 years as well.

Great customer service.
Purchased and installed Private VPN on My Sony android tv but had issues connecting to any servers. I contacted customer Service and worked together to make some configuration changes and it resolved the issue. Also took time to explain how Wireguard works.
