Port Forwarding difficulties solved
I had difficulties with my port forwarding. But the live support (even on weekends) helped me out with it and now everything works fine. This is what I wish from every customer support.

The customer support of this company is EXCEPTIONAL! I could not complete the software installation and, for days, the staff kept responding rapidly and appropriately until the troubleshooting was complete AND successful. This is all too rare nowadays. Keep it up!

My experience with the technician, James was very rewarding. Not only he was able to explain the problem I was facing and the limitations of installing my app, but he came out with a better solution that was totally new to me and at the same time much easier for me to use.
