PRIVATE VPN WORKS... when others do not!!
I have been paying a large subscription payment from IPVanish and it was simply not working and getting terrible support from them. I moved to PRIVATEVPN and it immediately worked when IPvanish didn't! I then had a problem with my NAS and called on PrivateVPN support who were again simply EXCELLENT, technically great, identified the problem and resolved straight away. BRILLIANT> Thank you.

Great support in getting VPN set up properly
Had a little trouble getting the VPN set up and working properly on my chromebook. Got in touch with help/support on the PrivateVPN website and Richard quickly figured out the problem and pointed me to the app which installed in no time and the VPN worked perfectly after that.
