Fixed in the end
After initially having a problem via chat, as no one connected for ages then they disappeared - not sure why. I tried again in reply to the email they sent and the issue was fixed within minutes👍🏻😀

Excellent on all fronts - flawless
The service is really good. The thing that I can’t believe though is how responsive the customer service is and how knowledgeable the technical support team are. Everything worked perfectly but I had a specific issue with one connection that I needed. Looking on the internet it was clear that the connection I was having trouble with was a common issue for VPN service providers so I nearly didn’t try to sort it. Helped me for over an hour!
