had issues after upgrading from DSL to…
had issues after upgrading from DSL to fibre optics. couldn't connect to the website. I am not tech savvy so couldn't accomplish some of the tasks Jim suggested but he hung in there and I got connected. This morning I can't connect but I know the support group is ready and able to assist me again.
