I couldn't connect to my VPN
I couldn't connect to my VPN. Jim was with me from the beginning to help me resolve my issue. When I lost contact with him, I was redirected to him so that he could continue helping me with my issue. I didn't have to explain my issue to another agent after I lost connection. It took some time on my side to figure things out, but in the end, the problem was solved. Thanks, Jim and the Private VPN team!

Fast and efficient answer
I was detected as using a proxy server by netfilx on a fire tv stick. Answer from privatevpn was fast and efficient. Since the lasts days, no more issue.. Thanks.

Jim jumped hurdles
Jim spent hours in an attempt to get the VPN to connect. He tried everything. I tried everything, on line and off. He jumped hurdles, which I much appreciate over the course of three days. That was more than anyone should expect. His was a valiant effort, but for some unknown reason to both of us my computer --- I place the blame on it --- would not cooperate.
