This is a good VPN service
This is a good VPN service. I at first needed support to connect to a website that needs a good VPN service to connect to. After a few email exchanges from the support staff, I was able to connect to the the website requiring a VPN service.

Excellent on all fronts - flawless
The service is really good. The thing that I can’t believe though is how responsive the customer service is and how knowledgeable the technical support team are. Everything worked perfectly but I had a specific issue with one connection that I needed. Fixed in the end
After initially having a problem via chat, as no one connected for ages then they disappeared - not sure why. I tried again in reply to the email they sent and the issue was fixed within minutes👍🏻😀
