I had a persistent IP leak problem I…
I had a persistent IP leak problem I was unable to figure out on my own, and Jim P. from PrivateVPN was quickly able to give me a couple of suggestions to try. First suggestion worked, and I am no longer getting leaks. Interestingly, following his suggestion also rid me of a persistent TAP connection difficulty I was also having with my PrivateVPN use.

App Unresponsive
The App became totally unresponsive, despite logging out and back in. Fortunately Ferdinand was on hand and had me back up and running very quickly. Top guy!
