I purchased the PIA app last week and so far it has been outstanding and much, much better than my old VNP which was called VPN Unlimited service which I had for a few years. I will continue using this PIA VPN now because I have not lost connection once and it has not slowed me down at all.

PIA keeps my personal surfing safe
PIA gives me confidence to download movies, games etc...all done with no intention of selling or profiting in any way....without worring about looking over my shoulder.

So far, so good! No issues.
I've only been using this VPN for about 1 week but so far, so good. Setup was quick and easy and I don't notice any increased latency or degradation in my internet speed. I have not yet set up my router but plan to do so in the next day or 2. I will update my review after I complete that task.

Awful service, utter contempt of paying customers.
Awful , utterly contemptible customer service, no response to reset PW email requests and apathy from the support staff. Disgusting treatment of paying customers.I will never use PIA again and encourage others not to as well, privacy cannot be guaranteed and there is much better service out there for less
