Fantastic Support
Fantastic. Bought a 2 year license with 2 months free. Support had to add the 2 free months - did that instantly - great Service!Been using PIA VPN for about 4-5 years now with very few issues. All resolved.

VPN’s Internet Speed
I wish the the internet speed is as fast as their customer support response. VPN cuts my ISP’s download speed in half at best and slows down to a crawl sometimes even choking. Hoping they could improve on this or I’ll probably apply for their money back guarantee.

Ordered online, payed the fee. On trying to open and set up pop up Log In and Buy now. Log in unsuccessful only other option was "Buy Now". Clicked buy now assuming first charge do not go. Full circle around to download. Checking my credit card account a double charge detected. Received an email: "For your convenience, I have re-sent your account's invoices that contain your 8 digit PIA order number to the email address attached to your account." Did not receive email. It does the job
It does the job, however they main issues. First, all their proxy choices are extremely slow. Second, it doesn't offer a easy setup for you Apple TV like other services do....using dynu {d}DNS. Again, it does the job.

Doing job pretty well, quite responsive but with lousy commercial policy. Paid almost double in Europe comparing with US ... on same account ...
