It is now under new ownership since our previous stays. We had a delightful stay at Sea Glass Cottage on this occasion, staying at the flats previously. I'm very new using this program

Poor communication
Billed me without asking if I wanted to renew. And then it was a huge pain to contact someone via chat to get this dealt with in a timely manner. Crappy customer service and poor communication.
