Very good VPN
I have used VPNs before and had problems with the Internet speed being slow. With Private VPN, the speed is at it should be. Unfortunately, there are two UK web sites I cannot use with Private turned on, BBC I player and ITV. Had the same issue with other VPNs.

CANNOT ACCESS INTERNET IF DO SLOW
I've had this service a week and it continuously stops my internet access stating my internet has been disrupted. It hasn't been. I can't reach websites that I am using for work. My internet is now very slow. This is very frustrating. It's interesting that I can access this website.

Fastest connections of VPNs I've used
Fastest connections of VPNs I've used, and I've used a few, but have now switched back from competitor due to the great speed of PIA. Cheap and reliable. Would like to see greater streaming ability (e.g. Amazon Prime Video not allowing streaming whilst connected), but this is common on most VPNs I've used so can't fault just PIA for this. Recommend highly.

Signed up but I could not download
Signed up but I could not download. Contacted customer support and did not get any. I have been trying to cancel for days and still no refund. No answers when I ask for a refund. Beware!

They deliver what they promise
I've had no problem with this service. They deliver what they promise. I didn't expect them to deliver meals! They provide excellent VPN. Some people can't be satisfied.

Be Cautious
Be Cautious. This company offers a 30 day money back guarantee. But when I attempted to cancel the services as I was not satisfied I had and still continue to have issue with canceling service. Customer service is a joke the whole service and company appears to be willing to put forward promises and not deliver STAY away there are others that offer easy cancelation options and will honor their promises if they do not work for you.
