I tried to set this up. Had nothing but frustration & problems. Im not a tech person which I'm sure doesn't help. So with the 30 back guarantee, after one day of getting no where. I have repeatedly asked for my money back!! Still waiting!! Very disappointed. After much pleading, I finally got my refund approved.. Thank u Ronald!!!

PIA has been a wonderful VPN

PIA has been a wonderful VPN. I have been using it for many months now and it has never failed me! I see others with VPNs that only work at specific times/specific tasks, but PIA has been the most consistent VPN I've ever used! Thanks!

Problem solver

I needed to use a specific server location (a Latin-american Country) and had a lot of troubles with other two VPN services that claimed to have servers in that Country. With Private Internet Access, everything worked well - and it's even cheaper than one of the two other services that I tried. Also very efficient with other server locations that I tried.

I've used PIA off and on for a number of years now. I've tried others and have always come back to PIA.They have plenty of servers all over the world, and for a tech person such as myself, they have many options for setting up the exact type of encryption and connection that I may need. No logging, but keep in mind that they are US based and must comply with US law and the US is a member of the Five Eyes. Speeds are good and the client is well made. I do wish they would bring back the world ...

Couldn't ask for a better VPN. I've tried multiple other competitors PIA wins hands down! Annual subscription is reasonable. Non invasive, simple program that works exactly as it should, with minimal need for any user intervention. Sever speeds are great, connections are reliable. And the best feature of all zero popups, third party ad's and PIA doesn't constantly push app notifications or send emails to upgrade or add other software!Thank you PIA

Great VPN with outstanding record of not sharing your data with any government and not keeping any logs. Hopefully this is true and remains so! Also great customer service, frequently updated desktop and mobile apps with a clean design.
