Bait and switch - Be careful
Long story short, DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR WINDOWS 7!!It seems like PIA is disabling the service to Windows 7 after October 31st, so I am trying to figure out if that means I am going to lose all my prepaid money to PIA if I am not planning to upgrade my Wins 7 to Wins 8 or later. It's almost like a bait and switch, they did not disclose that during the sign up but very happy to take my two-year prepaid THEN tell me bad news. I wanted a VPN for only two things
I wanted a VPN for only two things. BBC iplayer and watching US Netflix. Both did not work on the day I signed up. And so have requested for a refund. Still waiting.

lack of help except in confusinmg statements
Even though the microsoft program in file explorer says it is installed I do not see any icon showing on my desktop page. I have asked for help but no one wants to enter my computer as I woul;d gikve them permission to find out why there is no icon

Too early to rate.
Too early to rate, so 4 stars for now. So far, I have not encountered the problems I had using the much more expensive ExpressVPN.I wish there were an indicator showing VPN is active.

No business receipts
The service itself is fine, however just a heads up for any businesses that they do not provide business receipts. Their billing servers simply generate receipts based upon the credit card info, and cannot add business names or tax ID numbers etc.

Het lijkt geweldig, maar het is waardeloos!
Het lijkt geweldig, maar al snel kreeg ik allerlei problemen met e-mail, Netflix, Amazon Prime, back-ups maken en internet in het algemeen. De eerste keer werd ik binnen een uur geholpen, dus dat leek veelbelovend maar de volgende keren duurde het steeds langer en liet een inhoudelijke reactie op een klacht meer dan een dag op zich wachten. Echt nuttig waren die reacties ook niet meer. Oplossingen hebben ze niet (we werken eraan) dus je moet voor veel dingen die je online doet PIA ...
