I can tell honestly they are very good!I use OpenVPN with PIA and is so secure and blazing fast. I have on all my devices their VPN. Private Internet Access is rock & roll! There service is an outstanding 8+! Thanks PIA for keeping internet a safe haven.

SCAM - Terrible
Terrible. Stay away. Got signed up in error & they duplicated my payment. Cannot get any response or help. Disgusted.

PIA is NOT a big P.I.A.
Easy loading across many platforms. My desktop, 2 cell phones, and 2 Ipads are all hooked up and using Private Internet Access!! Can't wait to travel with it. My financials all noticed and asked their required security questions before all allowed access. 2 BIG thumbs up to PIA

I was thinking of getting a VPN to gain more online security and privacy.
I was thinking of getting a VPN for the longest time and had PIA in mind and finally pulled the trigger. I am happy with the VPN so far and satisfied with the service it provides.

PIA did not meet my expectations
Unfortunately, I agree with the other negative reviews. The program was difficult to install and kept crashing my computer. I tried to get help through the chat box, but the chat box was very frustrating to use. I don't know how PIA scored so high for setup, performance and ease of use. I finally had to uninstall it from my computer. However, I did get a refund.

Tried installing PIA but rec'd msg that PIA requires Windows 8 or later. I don't plan on upgrading from Windows 7 anytime soon so I created a ticket to get a refund. That was four days ago and no response. Not pleased with the customer service. Ticket reference id is DN2-202010-00061.
