Service is rubbish along with the after sales service. Cannot log into my account on my firestick and have sent 2 e mails requesting a refund with no response. I want my £56 refunded asap for a service I cannot access. Respond to my requests please. This service is rubbish!!!

Isn’t working with my iPad
Isn’t working with my iPad. Customer support isn’t helpful, very frustrating. I will happily change this review if someone reaches out in a meaningful way. If I knew all my settings and what they meant, I could probably figure out the problem. Asking me to list these unknowns just to get help is... useless.

Easy set up
Easy set up, I already feel secure and safe from all threats. A wonderful bargain. I have had other VPN's but nothing that matches PIA.

30 days refund period is up and things…
30 days refund period is up and things have gone very slow... would not recommend... now tied into 2 yrs.. might just cut my losses

Great product with good compatibility
The service is great and the speeds are good. I love the fact that you can continue interacting with LAN devices while connected (looking at you expressvpn). The linux compatibility is great and I have only one small complaint: The .run script for linux let’s you set your init system as a flag (systemd, sysvinit, openrc) but doesn’t support runit. Please add this.
