The prices are decent

The prices are decent, they accept paypal and have a working browser plugin, but only one server for socks5 and bandwidth as absolutely terrible with that, well below 1MB/sIm glad i took the 1 year plan instead of the 2 year, less money wasted.I am in touch with the support right now and am hopefully getting my money refunded, since they offer a 30 day money back guarantee.update:I received my refund after just 1 day.

Have used PIA for years and have been fairly happy with them, I renewed my subscription a few months ago.Today my VPN connection was completely down, I tried some basic troubleshooting and alternate servers but couldn't connect. I then tried from other devices and still couldn't connect. Very fast service, exceptional support and does all im asking a VPN to do without keeping logs.

Don't hold your breath waiting for a refund.

I signed up for a trial of PIA and decided a week later that it wasn't for me and asked for a refund.Days passed and then I was given a ticket number for my request - five weeks later and there is no response and no refund.Technically, the product was OK and gave me similar speeds to Proton VPN but the customer service is, in my view, atrocious.So after posting my review on Trustpilot they respond by asking me to create another ticket so they can delay my refund even further!Why not just ...

First impressions are excellent. I've used another VPN for 5 years and just made the switch, I like Private Internet Access a lot, its very easy to use.

Ok only been running this for a short while ,bought a 2 year subscription after Jeremy at the quartering ( YouTube) was giving it his thumbs up ,was thinking about a VPN for a while so I went for it ,no problems so far good price if u buy in bulk ( 2 years) and peace of mind with the extra security / privacy etc ,very happy Derek

Does what it says on the tin

Does what it says on the tin. I notice no practical loss in speed either on my phone or on my laptop. For various reasons I've cancelled my auto renewal and it has always been cancelled promptly. In my opinion too many VPN providers are charging far too much but PIA haven't joined the race, and still offer fantastic value for money.I plan to continue using PIA long in to the future.
