I'm starting with the one year subscription, just to see how well it does....connected to my laptop with ease, then to my phone, then my wife's laptop then her phone...all within minutes everything was connected and up and running...awesome....if I lose connection on my phone (I'm a trucker) it connects again once I get in range without any problem. PIA Next Gen Servers

PIA have changed their servers to what is called their Next Generation of servers. They have dropped support for certain legacy protocols, which means I can no longer connect to a server using my router.It is fine for providers to make changes, but they should also be prepared to offer partial refunds if you can no longer use their service.

I replied with the details and have heard nothing since, except an email asking how satisified I was with their service. Terrible product, non existent "support". I have requested a refund but doubt if I will see it.

When it works it’s brilliant. But they will take your money then boot you out. Have emailed a couple of times, however their form is shamefully ridiculous, meaning you can’t complete it and they will continue to charge. Two emails, and not a response. That’s why I’m here.I paid extra for a reputable VPN and at £8 per month; these cowboys have let me down!Use at your own risk

My problem came i suppose cause i didn't see the very small print that it was only supported by windows 8 & 10 so i never got to use it. I immediately sent a ticket for a refund and had not heard back and then sent another ticket in the next day and i still haven't heard a word back. Maybe they'll read this review...Maybe Not (Ticket 15322813)

I have had a terrible time getting set up, having been transferred to another company as far as I can tell. In any case, I have asked for help and have gotten none so far, and I have decided to cancel my order.

We have been using PIA VPN for well over a year. It has kept us feeling secure in our enjoyment of the internet. Pros: No noticeable decrease in bandwidth. Selection of where you want to browse from. Increased internet security. Cons: Lots of updates (which is honestly still a good thing)Sometimes takes a few moments to connect.
