Incredible pricing
+ Incredible pricing+ Reliable connections+ Tons of locations+ Easy to use+ Great support pages- Many internet pages (especially in Finland) can detect, that I'm behind VPN connection, so they refuse to show videos. Also some videos are not shown, because location is false detected to be in Sweden although I have selected VPN server in Finland.- Still waiting for that Finnish translation.

je me suis abonner le 30 novembre a private internet access,et je n ai jamais ete capable de me connecter a leurs service ,ils m ont envoyer un mot de passe a entrer et je l ai fait a plusieurs reprise et ils me repondais que ce n etais pas le bon ,j ai reverifier plusieurs fois et reessayer et ils me disait toujours la meme choses ,alors j ai demander d annuller l abonnement 2 heure plus tard et demander un remboursement ,ils ont annuller , et envoyer un message me disant que ca voulais ...

Un VPN qui fonctionne bien pour un prix raisonnable.Interface claire et connexion rapide.Je l'utilise depuis longtemps et ai pris un abonnement pour 3 ans c'est peu dire.

A simple VPN to use, great for beginners.
A simple and easy to use VPN. I could not have been much happier. It is also easy to navigate the control panel. The price is cheap as well.

POOR Customer Service~
I have emailed twice and received notes that they would get back to me. Those were 4 days ago. I've used the online chat 3 times,. The first time, (Tuesday) there were several links given to me. I was promised a transcript since I couldn't copy the links. It never came. The last two times, they asked if I wanted someone to contact me. I said yes, please but have not heard from anybody. I'm about to cancel!

Terrible customer support, unhelpful.
Non supportive and unhelpful. I ordered their 3-years plan, asked for an invoice, because I need it for the company, and they won't give it to me, so I unfortunately have to ask for a refund.Their customer support consists of copying and pasting the same template message over and over, until you get the feeling you are talking to a robot or algorithm. I was just asking for something as simple as an invoice for their services with the data of my company, which every company out there should ...
