Fictional 30 day Refund Guarentee

I cancelled Private Access Internet VPN after 1 day.I have not received my $79.00 Paypal charge after 3 weeks. Their 30 day money back guarantee is pure fiction.

Worst support in history

Connections have been horrible. Some sites just refuse to load which can be frustrating and latest one being Amazon. Support says my OS & app are outdated but running latest macOS Big Sur and PIA app 2.6.1. Then told me my ports are blocking access. Funny that a different VPN has absolutely ZERO issues. I left PIA once and decided to give them another shot. NEVER AGAIN!

Don't sign up with this company

Don't sign up with this company. They give you the run around when you want a refund. You can't call them. I have tried to get my money back 3 days after I signed up it has been over 2 weeks now and no refund. They keep telling me they refunded me but my credit card company says they didn't. What kind of company doesn't have a phone number you can call...a bad one

Very affordable

Very affordable. Sometimes there is problems connecting to Netflix, but changing to another server seems to resolve this. Other than that, it is reliable and fast.

Are they thieves??

So, after finally receiving a response, I deleted the app as that is what was suggested, to then reinstall it. When you now search for the app, on the fire stick, it is no longer available. I emailed them yesterday about this issue, and today, I got a reply from them, telling me they had taken another £8.09 from my account. Not a massive sum of money, but that’s not the point!! BE CAREFUL!The VPN doesn't work for France and is overall very slow, just after the trial period (how odd right!). I contacted the support team and went through a whole bunch of tests to come to the conclusion that it just didn't work. The team agreed to give me a refund and deactivated my account but NEVER proceeded the refund. When I contacted the support again, they simply repeated that the trial period was over and I couldn't get a refund despite all the email confirmations I provided. ...

Fraudulent Refund Policy?

After more than one month of asking for a refund, I have received neither correspondence from PIA nor a refund.The program does not download on my iPad Pro. I was told (below) that the issue had been resolved yet I still see no attempt at resolution.

Extremely difficult to cancel subscription. They tell you to go to the bottom of the page and select “cancel subscription” , but at the bottom of the page there is nothing.

Bad offer, bad service

All the time, some of the nodes do not work. Service is miserable. Many times they don't answer, and when they do, they just say "use a different node". On the Ireland node, I always get logged out. Always have to enter my password again.
