Have had issues with PIA since day 1
Have had issues with PIA since day 1. Now won't connect to VPN server. Will be requesting to cancel my subscription. Plenty of other providers do it better.

I bought 1 month plan
I bought 1 month plan, after a few day I couldnt connect, during it at Epic pages login full times comes captcha = it means IP overused.I messaged support to to cancel my sub and refund, they NEVER answered for it.Bad support, bad VPN, nearly a SCAMM

As soon as I paid for the $50 annual…
As soon as I paid for the $50 annual subscription , my information was compromised. I messaged support and stated I wanted a refund and to deactivate my account and they stopped responding.

Worst Company I ever dealt with!
I ordered and payed for a VPN service. Within 30 minutes I realised that the service did not work for the purpose I bought it for and requested a refund straight away, but no acknowledgement of the refund request. I have subsequently contacted them twice, but again, no communication, even though they advertise a money back guarantee.

Worst customer service
Abominable customer service. Didn't update my payment info, charged the wrong credit card twice, didn't reply to my live chat prompts, nor my emails.When I finally got hold of a live agent through their website, they told me they were terminating my account if I expected my refund. I said fine, and they ended the chat right after, with no apology for the mistakes. Unbelievable.I was a PIA customer for three years and this is how they treat the people who use their service. Drops out occasionally and forgets credentials
The VPN has a tendency to drop out for no reason, which could be related to iffy wifi — but occasionally a server connection is refused without any information as to why. I’ve learned to log out and log back in again, but this is a nuisance.

It does work as a VPN
It does work as a VPN, covering your IP. But geolocation with it is a complete desaster. Google and any plattform does not recognize the country I set in PIA. I set spain or italy, Google thinks I am in the UK. Any plattform sets off alarms and captchas and all kind of things because they suspect something wrong.
