This service-PIA-- is great
This service-PIA-- is great! I made a purchase online a few days ago and(I'm in America.., somewhere and the purchased emailed me with my oder and saying" It looks like you order is going to Bajamas?" Ummm.., nope.Great VPN! Doing it's job well! Customer service(chat) is very responsive and very accommodating.

doesn't work, auto renews subscription
The service rarely works as it should. The subscription auto renews by default & they make you jump through hoops to cancel.To PIA: I have emailed you twice (once when you informed me of the charge, and again before posting this review), tried contacting you through your website and tried cancelling through the application. It appears you only reply if someone 'contacts' you publicly.

Horrible service, false promises
If you want to circumvent geoblocking, this VPN is close to useless.I could not access the US version of Netflix through PIA regardless of server, on any of my devices.Upon contacting tech support, I was given generic and useless advice, which had absolutely no positive impact upon the issue.I have worked less-than-ideal tech support gigs myself in the past, so I recognized the telltale signs of being forced to run circles around a problem that can't be resolved.I was told flat out that I ...
