Extremely satisfied
Extremely satisfied. Very good vpn, acceptable speed overall for me (if you have a 100 or 200mbps or even 500mbps connection you won't even feel the difference). No torrent speed limitation, in case you wondered ;). Very affordable 1 year plan. Exceptional support, instant chat operator, who can actually help you. Overall extremely reccomended.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Very complex sign-on, and the so-called help desk refused to help me without a copy of my receipt. There must be easier ways of doing business with companies.Their servers knew my email address.... why not use that? Just remember, if you are customer, it's your fault. AVOID. I shall have to buy another subscription, this time to Norton VPN. Do not waste your money with Private Internet Access. Shameful.

I'm very tech challenged
I'm very tech challenged, so I'm not sure if my rating for you is valid, but the reason that I gave you a poor rating was that since I signed up with you, a hacker accessed all my passwords and then used my email account to Phish 13,000 people around the world. I only signed up so that I could get MSNBC live from Vietnam, but because I have no account with an American service provider, I still cannot get the live broadcasts of MSNBC.
