Buy nordVPN or if you can afford it, ExpressVPN

Tech Response (and Server Failure!?)
Hello,The results of my 2/24/21 intervention with your chat desk, resulted in the correction of my intermittent loss of VPN capture problems, and/or missing VPN IP addresses on my iPhone XR. Thank you for the tech help!Now, yesterday (2/25/21), I lost the PIA VPN altogether. Transferring license to my new phone
I bought a new phone and couldn't activate it on my new phone. So I contacted tech support (via chat). The agent (Ryan Jay) was extremely helpul and I had it activated within minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love my PIA!

Do not use this software
Do not use this software. Support is pathetic. I bought the annual version, for mac, and it quit working when I installed Big Sur. Meaning it took my internet for 100 MBS to .5 mbs. I flattened/reinstalled my OS, but same results. I contacted their support 6 times, over the timeframe of a month and a half, and not once did I ever get response. Once they have your money, the support stops.

Unauthorised debit to my account
Although I cancelled the automatic subscription renewal and received notification to that affect, PIA still debited my account.Despite numerous emails I have received only one pointless email asking me to reiterate what I have already told them. Their online chat function simply states no one is available.I have still to find out if this fraudulent transaction will be refunded...

Not recommended
Not recommended. They only support Netflix for US, Japan, Germany, UK, Italy and France (got these from live support). They do not support IPsec protocol, IPv6 stack and Static Port Forwarding. It's not worth at all.

Support agent Tony did a great job. I needed two PIA accounts merged and he accomplished the task efficiently, promptly and in a most friendly manner!
