So far, I have used PIA for exactly one year, and I think they are absolutely wonderful. I have only contacted them once or twice, and they were extremely courteous and helpful. In the year's time, I have been running 3 simultaneous connections in a round-robin, for my home network, by way of OpenVPN instances running on pfSense, and I have only seen a server drop 3 times. Eloisa was very helpful. She identified the reason for my login failure and talked me through the resolution. Great job. Only criticism I have is that your chat client truncates the last entry of the chat.

Ordered then I cancelled

So I ordered the vpn primarily for access to amazon. But as amazon has upgraded their system this vpn cannot get thru it.So I contacted the online customer services. I told them exactly what my problem was and that I wanted to cancel.Within a hour of ordering and then finding out it didnt work, I had the refund acknowledgement of the refund about to be issued. After keeping a close eye on my bank account and paypal. The refund come thru within a few days.

PIA Chrome extension stopped working

PIA Chrome extension stopped working, and after speaking with Kristina C through the support chat, we determined that the solution was to reinstall the extension. This worked to resolve the issue. Kristina was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in fixing this issue quickly.

Stole money from my bank account with no authority

I cancelled my PIA account through my dashboard and also received an email to confirm it had been cancelled before going into hospital over a year ago, when I got out I realised they had continued to take money out of my account every month for over a year. I contacted there support who offered a 1 month refund but after i refused this offer they now just completely ignore all my correspondence, PIA are thieves.

Four days of no PIA, no customer service!

Sunday I reported PIA not working. Email again Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I've tried the website, which offers a chat (NOT!) box: it just produces the form that generated the email with the link to the website that says use the chat box ... see the endless, fruitless cycle??
