For me it was a difficult problem
For me it was a difficult problem. Could not connect and the online help form was difficult. Finally found a chat connection which wasn't easy. Once chat was established the heldesk person very patiently worked with me to established connection and a new password. Well done.

Onbetrouwbare VPN
Onbetrouwbare VPN. De beveiliging valt regelmatig weg, zonder enige waarschuwing, en dan is je ip adres gewoon zichtbaar. De helpdesk heeft geen idee van netwerk protocollen.

New customer, goofed up order and needed to cancel Dedicated IP. Enrico helped me with this very efficiently. I will be repurchasing just a VPN 2-yr plan. The little time I have used it, I've found it to be very simple to set-up and maneuver my way around the program.

VPN for Students !
I am currently living in China ! And I am using PIA for more than 7 months. I have used many other VPNs since I am here for last 3 years , and I got PIA is the best in all aspects ! Hi-Speed stable connection , Lot of different countries server , very fast to connect ,and most of all its budget friendly with 10 devices ! I highly recommend this VPN . Specially for Students !N.B: If you are in China and you want to use PIA in your mobile you will need another VPN to log in PIA mobile client ...

I use the Chrome add-on. Many problems
I use the Chrome add-on. I have experienced regular problems with connectivity. Must disable it. Want to go with some other VPN product.
