Fantastic service from Kristina!
Kristina was very helpful and patient with my numerous questions and limited knowledge of VPNs. I am very grateful that she clarified some of my understanding and gave me reassurance of how to navigate a workaround for my vpn whilst using Windows7. My suscription had expired a few days…
My suscription had expired a few days ago. It expired because I didn't have any funds on my PayPal account at the moment. Unfortunately, PIA didn't let me know a few days before, so I could have solved it.Anyway, after that I tried to search an option to change my payment method, but I couldn't find it, so I asked support via chat. Liza was very patient and helpful. But I would recommend you to email the suscriptor a few days before the account expires.

Successful Account Merge in under 5min
Wanted to renew my subscription, but I accidentally bought a new one. Contacted customer support, explained my situation, Carlo was super helpful and he got the accounts merged in no time!

I purchased this VPN protection but it doesn’t stay on all the time. I’m disappointed in it. They never said every time you use your phone you have to turn it (the VPN) on. It’s not what I expected.

Poor support and billing practices
I signed up in Dec 2021. I tried several nodes, and their online support docs. I was unable to reach a reasonable speed.I submitted a request for cancel and refund. The next month I received another auto-pay receipt. I logged in to cancel and requested another refund. The third month I received another auto-pay receipt.I finally got a live chat person, they offered a one month refund and a "thats policy".
