Get PIA, it just works.

I have been using PIA since 2017 on all of my devices. PIA VPN service just works, and I highly recommend it.

Why is there no longer telephone support?

First off I would like to express my dismay that PIA has eliminated the ability to speak to a support agent on the phone. That said, the person I spoke with on the chat was helpful and resolved my issue for me. Though I would like to say again, that it is utterly disappointing that I could not speak to anyone directly. This will turn a lot of people away. What kind of business decision was this?? Would have been 5 stars.

No reply from customer service, complete cheaters

I signed up for a monthly plan, but the geoblocking purpose for which I needed the VPN did not work. It was complicated to understand how to contact customer service, and when I did find the email, I received no reply for my refund request. AND they continued to bill me. The instructions on their site are deliberately confusing so that you can't get the support you need. I would never trust this site again

Works moderately well.

Works well, when it works. It struggles to connect to the PIA server about 50% of the time. Functions poorly with Mac OS. I can't set the remote port to anything but "default". All in all, there are better VPNs out there, but it's not a total waste.

Very helpful and not trying to rush me through things I didn't understand. Overall, PIA has great customer support, something most companies have fallen far short of these days, and could learn a lesson from this company!!

VPN works well, support service is degrading over the years

The internet VPN works very well and had it for years with no issues. The service center this year is degrading. I can not get PIA to respond to email or on-line requests in a timely fashion if at all. I used the chat session today and it was painfully slow taking almost 30 minutes to answer a very simple question about my scheduled payment with PayPal. The assistant was courteous, but seemed confused and indirect in her answers and a painfully long pause between each line of chat. Would ...
