Awful customer service

Update 11/16/2023. Same canned email response from them. Refuse to help by saying it’s correct. Never again. I reached out via email and live chat about receiving yoga shorts that are supposed to be sized XS. The pair I received was laughably small, so small it could be mistaken for a pair of child sized shorts. They refused to help after sending them photos, saying that it was correct. I have photos of it with 3 other pairs of size XS shorts (including a printful brand). They say they ...
