I’ve had really terrible experience…

I’ve had really terrible experience with Printful. I just opened a Shopify store and did several orders to ensure everything was set up and all worked, and everything worked perfectly for a week. But as soon as I launched and made an announcement and went live all orders have been suspended. And I can’t get any response or assistance for over 24 hours. Also, the second item shipped did not include the front embroidery. I’m assuming I’ll encounter another support black hole. Really bummed ...

Twice they have printed designs wrong…

Twice they have printed designs wrong within a couple of weeks of each other, and it’s the same error (2 different designs but have same placements). Front design was meant to be 4x4 inches on left chest, instead they done a 12x12 inch design full front placement. I reported the issue Saturday for the latest mess up and received a reply within hours, I replied back to them within 5 minutes of their email and heard nothing since. Great company

I've actually been pleasantly surprised by how how well Printful and etsy integration works. Printful have a really easy to use system, and the support has also been top notch. Impressed!

Being a nonverbal quadriplegic with ALS, I have absolutely fallen in love with the ability to design products and sell them on etsy.
