It's really intuitive and at the same time plenty of instructions and assistance in creating your account, connecting it to pod sites and creating products to sell. I'm 60 but fairly techie. Highly recommend!

customer service is getting worse
customer service is getting worse! Every person gives you a different answer. None of the answers ever walk you through the entire process step by step. Products aren't syncing and stuff is just getting sloppy

The quality control has all but…
The quality control has all but disappeared. In the last 30 days I have had merchandise sent to my customers (including myself) that was crooked, incorrect prints twice that were of another company's print art, missing the main print on the front, or just poor print quality. This is very concerning to me as a small veteran-owned business as it is a representation of my brand!

it was easy to navigate
it was easy to navigate, functioned very much like printful. But at the moment it is not working due to a Sync error, wish there was more info on how that all works. And where I go to correct it. Other than that seems to work fine.
