Printful for New Etsy Shops

I am going to stay objective and try to be helpful for anyone else thinking of using Printful to handle their POD for an Etsy store, since that is what I did this year. Hopefully some of this is useful to someone. Regarding the Elephant in the room: For Etsy, they have updated their shipping times to 1-4 weeks, and I find a significant number of orders are still taking more than 4 weeks to send out. Lagging

I order a very simple embroidery t-shirt which should only takes at least a week to arrive but it took them almost 4 weeks to arrived. They don't really care about shipping your product out if you don't message them directly about your order. The front of the t-shirt that was embroider was a okay looking like any regular embroider t-shirt but the inside is an absolute nightmare. Try to order one yourself to see if you'll have the same problem.

Printful shouldn't be running the business if they can't cope with the demand

Ok we understand the current situation, we can tolerate some delays, a week may be, but over a month! come on! I had to cancel 3 orders which I managed to get them fulffilled somewhere else in US, and they got shipped within 2 days. I think it would have been wiser if you paused the ordering system just to pass over the backlog and then reopen again with less pressure, but no, you rather take the money and blame it on Covid, my customers can't wait over a month for an order

Been with Printful since 2017 and they are still the best

Frequent delays that cost money

Frequent delays that cost a business money, no accountability when they fail. If it were a one-time thing that's one thing, but after the second time of them shipping items extremely late, to the point where a refund is processed by the payment provider, is too many. They always have an excuse for it, but at the end of the day, they have been entirely incapable of meeting the relatively light demands I place on them. edit: I said *frequent* delays. Trash company 🗑 I am a dropshipper and order daily 50+ cases from printful but they fail to provide any support. One of my customers case never reached the destination. Printful just says: This order's last estimated delivery date was from Feb 10, 2020 to Feb 15, 2020. According to our policy, all claims should be submitted within 4 weeks after the last estimated delivery date but in this case more than 3 months have passed, so, unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to investigate this ...

Printful be lying

Ordered on may 1st for mother's day said that it would take 3-4 days but a week passed and it still didn't show any sign of shipping until may 28th it said that it would be at my house on june 1st-2nd it is now june 8th never came

wheres my order??

ordered a hat, hoodie and joggers. got the hat after 3 weeks, its great quality. however...the joggers and hoodie are coming from USA and iv been waiting 6 weeks to now be told by the delivery service the package is on hold due to non payment of delivery. email after email and no one wants to resolve it, still haven't received my items. was purchasing items for my business to buy in bulk, looks like ill be looking for a new supplier

Trash company. You can tell who has VCs behind them. This company sucks ass. Ordered and the order sat there still for two weeks. Yet they’re on social media trying to get even more orders. What a horrible company. And this is what VCs invest in? Awful. And they have fake reviews everywhere. Should’ve known once I saw them all over YouTube. Never again.
