Printful Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Existing customers disregarded, New customers don't bother - they helped get my design stolen....

I've been using printful for many years now, with the AOP items being a great quality and mostly without issues, I noticed a lot of the recent reviews are from what appear to be new customers and long before the Covid ruination, the quality was good and the wait times fair. Printful sent my customer a stained shirt and told her to just wash it.

Printful sent my customer a stained shirt as a final product. When I asked for a replacement, they told me to ask the customer to wash the shirt and the stain would come out. What kind of company does this? You would never sell a stained shirt as a final product in store, and ask customers to wash the shirt to see if the stain comes out. As all of these reviews testify, printful is the worst company for POD now. For the love of God, I regret ever signing up with them and investing as much time and money as I have. Some people on Reddit may be organizing a class action. This is quickly becoming a sinking ship and they're pulling everyone else down with them. I placed a few orders for my business on the end of March 2020; approx. 8 shirts. This is during the pandemic (Covid19); website stated it would take 2 weeks to be completed. I messaged Printful 1st week in April to ensure everything was in place and nothing needed to be done on my part. The agent said I did everything on my end, just wait on the order. They really are as bad as they sound

They really are as bad as they sound. I was trying to start an online company using printful to do the merch and I can not get any help. I got one email from Hugo and when we tried to proceed with getting their help, they just went silent. I have been emailing them every day for two weeks and you cant call them. So when I use their online chat, I get the same BS response from everyone. "Oh we will let Hugo and the team know that you need help." Glad I just found these reviews, looks like it ...

HORRIBLE ATROCIOUS AWFUL

I already wrote a poor review about Printful not long ago, but it's time for a new one. Like everyone else, their insanely long fulfillment times is an absolute nightmare. I have t-shirt orders that are over a month old now! Covid has been around long enough where they should've adapted by now and gotten better with getting orders out, but it's only getting worse and worse. I also find it absolutely infuriating that they have been outsourcing my orders overseas to Latvia with NO notice ...

Worst customer service EVER

Worst customer service EVER. I've been contacting them consistently for a month and a half and they won't give me anything other than a BS auto response. I now have a 1.8* on Etsy because they went over a month without shipping my orders out and my customers are pissed and i have had charge backs.

Buyer Beware

Similar to some of the other posts that I have read here on Trustpilot. The estimated fulfillment dates that we business owners see posted are inaccurate. I have updated my site, based on the information that I see posted by Printful. Only to have those dates extended. My orders are on waiting for fulfillment status way to long. And the orders that are labeled as being fulfilled have sat there for days! This is bad business. I have had complaints filed against me on Esty due to no fault of ...
