Very Slow

You think 2 weeks is bad, I've been waiting for a month and they still haven't started. Never again. Edit: No need to follow up with me, I canceled my order after being told there was no way to determine when they would even start my order. It sat in "waiting for fulfillment" for 33 days.

Very, very slow.

I run a busy store on Etsy and placed an order 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been fulfilled. TWO WEEKS. What the hell is going on? Your FAQ talks about delays but really? No communications whatsoever, and very deceiving. I spend over £2,000 per month with you normally and ill never use you again.

Printful

I’ve dabbled in T-shirt design for a few years now, and can always rely on Printful to supply my product in good time and at a reasonable price. I’ve just ordered some designs as a tester for myself, and they arrived within a couple of weeks.

Unhappy with Printful

I'm very unhappy with Printful. As I do understand that COVID-19 hit and has totally shaken our ability to work more efficiently. I must say though orders that were placed the same day were delivered 7 weeks apart and no communication whatsoever. The quality... Upset with how the shirts look... they offer no extra help with The DTG quality especially for new customers. I've ordered samples Thank God! I start using prihtful over a month ago and one of the first t shirts customer order is still not been fulfilled. the ones others received had bad smell and poor quality of fabric specially the hoodies i sent the picture but no one replied the packaging so bad. overall bad quality

This enterprise is a rip off company

This enterprise is a rip off company. We ordered test pullovers for our company for a couple of 100 dollars. We are now 4-5 months later and they still act like it has been sent but nothing arrived ... They do nothing about it, like for example a new package or payback, ... Nothing. Who says they have been sent something? Bandits !!!!

Flaky customer service has negatively impacted our small business.

Pre-COVID-19, we were big advocates for Printful's customer service and products. And as an e-commerce business fulfilling other orders that aren't associated with Printful's services, we know how difficult it is to be handling so many orders during a time in which we need to be extra cautious, yet orders are pouring in. However, we are extremely unhappy with what we feel is a lack of care and transparency on Printful's part. Dozens of orders are going missing for 40+ days without any sort ...
