Printful is consistently inconsistent

Printful is consistently inconsistent. Orders are essentially fulfilled at the whims of a coin toss. Zero to no customer service communication. During covid 19, they took orders and money upfront from customers knowing that each order would take up to 5 weeks just to fulfill. ordered 2 neck custom gaiters May 28 w/ an est production time of 5-8 business days. 2 weeks the site shows neither of my gaiters are complete. Started Great, Every Year Seems To Get A Little Worse

We've been using Printful on and off for 4-5 years now. Originally they were amazing, fast fulfillment, great customer service and very easy to use. Then we started having issues with sample orders being printed wrong pretty often (but they did replace them). Then it was issues with Copyrights even though there was no actual infringements. Phenomenally slow. 4 weeks and they were unable to begin recent orders. 4 weeks ...sometimes they pass your order on to a backup facility, where you can't cancel the order, and the orders still take weeks. I've had my first bad reviews for slow dispatch. Printful should not be accepting orders under the circumstances. Greed. Very, very slow.

I run a busy store on Etsy and placed an order 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been fulfilled. TWO WEEKS. What the hell is going on? Your FAQ talks about delays but really? No communications whatsoever, and very deceiving. I spend over £2,000 per month with you normally and ill never use you again.

Very Slow

You think 2 weeks is bad, I've been waiting for a month and they still haven't started. Never again. Edit: No need to follow up with me, I canceled my order after being told there was no way to determine when they would even start my order. It sat in "waiting for fulfillment" for 33 days.
