I started my business back in July and basically on printful u can download design and so I got mine off of Pinterest with celebrity names and photos and they let me download it on their platform, put it on t-shirt and hoodies, and let me put on my Etsy account . Slow shipping and lip-service about "beeing green"

The have great products but. The shipping from spain or latvia is not sustainable enough for me and it takes 2 weeks from order to delivery! (much too long) riga is too far away from lots of countries like germany or switzerland austria. I dont want to send stuff over the air in europe it makes no sense. Printful Store Setup Request - Bad Experience The beginning of June 2020, I started setting up an online store, and got as far as I could with the development of the store. Mid June, I submitted a Store Setup Request on the Printful website , and received an automated acknowledgement saying my request was received and would be responded to "next business day". amazing support!

I just launched my online store, and I’ve been in contact with support for a couple of weeks. Their support team has been absolutely amazing to me, answering countless of emails within 24hrs, and never complaining about all my questions. I’m still waiting to see how shipping goes, and there has been some small issues and impractical problems, but overall their support gets a 9/10 from me!

Multiple Lost Shipments

I had multiple shipments lost from printful recently. During COVID they asked me to be patient with shipment times and it could be months delayed. I have waited 3 months I filed another shipment update request and they have now told me they are all lost. They said I have 1 month from the time of the estimated shipment date to file a complaint and now they are not refunding any of my sales. Words of warning.

Printful was great a few years ago and now is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I switched to another POD service but missed a few listings and every one of the last few orders has had big issues without any accountability. I have refunded out of pocket for all the orders and printful has kept the costs of the shirts. It is so frustrating to try to do business with an unethical company.

Absolute joke. DO NOT USE!

Ridiculous company. I ordered 2 prints of my own painting for a movie that I worked on. I own full copyright and licensing on these items. However they won’t print them as they seemed to think that I don’t have permission to print my OWN painting. Yes you read that....my OWN painting! JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS Go with a printing company that knows what they’re doing. This one doesn’t.

Missing shirt + Wrongly Printed Re-Order

I placed a multi-product order for a client and she did not receive one of her shirts in her order. The Printful rep kindly re-ordered the missing shirt. My customer received the re-order and the text was not printed correctly. My design was originally uploaded and then the text was flipped horizontally using Printful's flip button. "Expanding our merchandise offerings in a relatively easy way."

What do you like best about Printful? As a nonprofit festival, we are always looking to expand our merchandise offerings where we can hopefully increase income to offset many of the costs we endure during our festival. Printful has a good amount of products available and their online interface makes it relatively easy to set up products and variants. Most everything is set as a "what you see is what you get" style and I appreciate that.
