Please stay away from Printful

Started a T-Shirt and scarf design business recently and used Printful as the printers and drop shipper. Worst Mistake I have ever made. My first order took over 5 weeks to arrive to the customer's address. Second-order still hasn't arrived. Pritful customer services just more or less laugh at you and give you a link to terms and conditions page and offer no apology what so ever. Not impressed at all

Not impressed at all! I’ll say this to keep from making a long drawn out review. Go with Custom Ink! Yes they charge a bit more but I promise you won’t be disappointed. You can review your order from and back and not just a mock. What you see is exactly what you’ll get. With Printful all I can say is, good luck, you’re sure to be disappointed! To Printful: don’t waste the finger typing with “oh we’re sorry you’re not completely satisfied” blah blah blah! You already know I’m not satisfied ...

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! I wanted to have business with them and synchronized my Etsy shop with Printful. I had several Printful listings on Etsy, but Printful sent a wrong item to my first customer, an absolutely different design, and then refused to refund. So never again! I deleted all Printful listings from my shop!

Horrible quality!

It's so sad that printful boasts about their printing quality (that's their excuse for high prices) and then your customers get t-shirts with completely off centered prints. So embarrassing and frustrating. I used to be very enthusiastic about this company but it's just not possible. How can this company have "quality control"?

UPDATE- 8/22/2020 I originally had a problem with my Etsy account saying that it was connected to my Printful account, but my Printful account never showed me that it was connected to my Etsy account, thus I was not able to add any products to my store. I contacted Printful a few or maybe four times (when I finally got through to a human in the chat section) the last couple of times I was told that my problem was sent to their development team, and “hung up” on in the chat and kept getting ...

Misleading and incorrect catalog costs

Misleading catalogue costs, meaning it's incredibly difficult to make a profit. There's no way to contact support other than email, which they're slow to reply to and don't provide a comprehensive response. For example, when creating designs Printful states the cost per shirt I would be charged would be roughly US$8 per t-shirt, plus shipping. However, when an order was placed, I was actually charged US$11 per product, due to a "floating price". This Floating Price was not mentioned at ...

Universal Luv Apparel

Universal Luv Apparel The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn't give less in the midst of my frustration.. My brand was born to promote unity during Covid-19 and racial tension. Nothing ever arrived

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I have to say that Printful is not reliable. 40 days ago I ordered two t-shirts, the order was processed in Europe, nothing ever arrived!

Printful used to be an amazing service for supplying your customers with your print on demand services. But in the past 6 months they have become the worst. 80% of my t-shirt orders that I have placed with Printful have come back with printing errors. Yes you read that right 80%.
