Great quality and fast service!

I ordered two custom neck gaitors. They were processed and shipped fast, especially considering the slow down because of Covid! When i got them in, i couldn't believe how nice they were! I wear them all the time. And they're big enough to fold in half for extra protection. But the fabric is super soft, not itchy at all, and the print was great quality! I highly recommend getting anything custom made.

Made virtually no profit from Printful so far and losing money!

Sold $480 worth in apparel in 7 days and my profit still says $2 even though I marked up my prices to consider shipping costs and half my items have been fulfilled. Also, what is happening to the money being charged to my customers? Why does money keep withdrawing from my bank account to pay for fees when Paypal has already charged them? All i’ve seen is money coming out and nothing coming in! Someone please explain to me what’s happening here.

I have posted on Printful facebook group asking how come there are so many bad reviews on Trustpilot and the post was immediately removed by the admin. Congratulation Printful for the quick way how you remove bad posts and the slow way how you deliver your horrible products. Next step will be to be banned. Terrible company. Stay AWAY

Wrong prints in 'My Order' but correct prints in confirmation email - Which to believe?

First time ordering through Printful. I made an order with six items: six times the same item, but each with a different print (Let's call the prints A,B,C,D,E and F). Up until the payment, everything seemed correct. However after the payment, my order seemed to have changed; now, it seems I would receive three different prints + duplicates: A,A,B,B,B,C. This is a review I placed after test ordering one of their hoodies that I sell in my online merchandise web shop. Not reliable

I think they are struggling due to Covid but products are taking months to arrive and when they do arrive they are often damaged or incorrect. I'm planning to change provider.

Awful company

Awful company Was using them to run a small apparel store however a $59 order was meant to give me a $16 "profit" according to their site They however don't factor that profit to include any estimates on shipping or Vat. I made $2 from a $60 sale. That's over 90% of the money I'm not seeing. I tried to cancel my order because this was clearly not a viable business option.
