Great for custom caps

I wanted a custom embroidered cap, and unlike everywhere else I tried, which wanted to charge an extortionate amount for converting the image to embroidery, Printful were very reasonably priced. Furthermore, it was very easy to use the site to actually get it made: no unhelpful 'this image is not suitable' errors, actual feedback on why (image resolution/format etc.) and actual real help on getting it made rather than just 'computer says no'. Love the print but...

Test dress took about 2 weeks to get to me from ordering, which was better than I expected. Love the print, and the fabric is nice, but it already has a small tear at the waist on the first time wearing it. Which doesn't surprise me as the sewing quality isn't great. Bit loose on the bust and seems sizing is off looking at other reviews. I had a few designs listed in my shops using Printful, but having seen this one, I've removed all my work from here. Oh man, I've had such a love-hate with Printful since starting my Etsy shop early this year, but I'm going to give 5 stars because they've really improved. When I first started my shop, it took days to hear back. I couldn't call anyone and the live chat feature wasn't active. Sample orders were disabled. Profits can get lost in the Sauce!

Printful has a complex billing system, which doesn't appear to work favorably for the seller. In addition, their fulfillment price is sometimes higher than specified, and if you are not careful, your profits can get lost in the sauce. I am satisfied with the print quality, and shipping times, Unfortunately, the complexities of their billing system needs streamlining. Printful will not stay afloat very long if the sellers do not receive accurate profits...NEW SELLERS, BEWARE.... I am new ...

Great customer service from Printful. The first order did take a pretty long time to get fulfilled and shipped but overall great attention and service from the team.

Horribly disappointed by their dishonesty

My son and I were tasked with ordering jackets for his school's football team. We called a few companies and chose Printful because they said that once the order was placed it would take 2-7 business days to complete it and ship it. Btw, I gave them quantities and the image during that exchange so they knew what I was needing before they gave me that time-estimate. Awful

They used to be a good Company to work with,now Ím having issues with costumers due to the quality of the prints, they are not coming as good as before, I reach out to them and they said “That is how the print it supposed to look” when I have ordered the same shirt and designs from them with wayyy better quality of printing. It´s just awful
