I used to love Printful. . .

I used to love Printful. . . I have an ETSY shop and some of the items like magnets and pinbacks and signs I make myself. The others mugs and totes I had my designs printed on thru Printful. Customer service was swift in helping me when I needed it.Things have changed to the point I was forced to cancel a mug order, as what both Customer services reps showed me on TWO different days in screenshots didn't always match up with what I had on my screen and I showed them. Ordered a hat with a 3D embroidery. I see in the order slip they embroidered it as flat. The item hasn't shipped out yet and it is an obvious mistake by printful. They asked me to send proof it was supposed to be 3D so I sent them screenshots when literally they would be able to check the item that was ordered. 2 days now and 6 chats and multiple emails later the issue is still not resolved. I received two great shirts with my art. I have ordered from you before and same result, great work. this is not a company that does it right one time and take your money the next time. i have had that happen. This company gets it right everytime. no one is perfect all they can do is try, but they always do their best. people seem to get up set if something is wrong, but their doing a design and your not there that can be difficult, but they do it everyday. great job

UPDATE: I appreciate Lauma for reaching out to me. I do believe the initial help I received failed to help me resolve the issue. I was told to select an option that wasn't showing up on my screen. My frustration escalated when I was then told I'd have to PAY for further customer support. This demand in turn makes me question whether I want to expand my business with Printful in the future as it took an initial bad review for me to get the help I needed. I used to love Printful. . . I have been using Printful regularly

I have been using Printful regularly, I cannot speak more highly of them, the wait time is normally a couple of weeks, they continually update me, the products I have sent to my clients are well made . I have previously used another similar service, I find Printful to be far superior.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SUPPLIER FOR YOUR E-COMMERCE BUSINESS. They are literally using false marketing!!! The displayed items looked really nice and pretty but i spent more than $2000 USD for only 15 items and the quality is trash. Absolutely TRASH. For instance, their hoodie is the same quality that you could get from Walmart. Also, their items stinks like VINEGAR!! SO IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! Please do not fall for the same trap I did.
