Printful Reviews in July 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

No customer service.

I just started to use this platform to sell my artwork on their products. I'm very worried I made a mistake. The customer service is awful. I can't tell if I'm talking to a robot or if I'm talking to a person. Nothing helpful has been offered from their only customer service option, "chatting," instead, when I ask for help I leave the chat feeling frustrated and worried that I've misplaced my business. I'm not giving up yet, but I'm close.

Tracking says delivered ,but package…

I am new to Printful

I am new to Printful, but so far I have been very satisfied. The syncing with my Etsy shop is super smooth and the design interface is extremely easy to use. Sales are slowly beginning to come in and my first customers have been really happy with their products. Thanks Printful!!!

Printful has been been amazing for my company. We just started and are new and wanted our 1st impressions to our customers to be a great one. We are very impressed with printful. The delivery of product is prompt. I loved that we can put our own tags in the clothing and we can have our logo and slogan on the packaging and the invoices. It's just more way to continue to brand ourselves. My suggestions to ANY new company is to get the samples before putting it out and letting the customer ...

Wish 0 Stars Was an option

It was really painful to even give this company 1 star. May potentially be the worst experience as well as the worst customer service I have ever had. Printful says DTG print times are delayed due to covid, which is totally fair and understandable. They updated their new processing times to 4-9 days. Again this is fine. Where things go wrong is, orders would get to day 9 or 10, then update to "transferring product to a backup facility" where there are 0 status updates and Printful support ...

Some wait times are extreme

Some wait times are extreme. Printful doesnt seem to keep enough products on stock or does not understand logistics. This cant be blamed on COVID because it is ongoing and a constant issue. And remember, like me, its your brand that is going to take a hit, not theirs. I am tired of spending hours waiting in long chat queues because they cant seem to figure it out...The only positive is that the products are quality products and the printing is done well.

I have just started with printful, I can't say much but from what I HAVE seen they are much better than my previous provider printify. If something negative happens, they get back you with details and explanation where printify no longer even replies unless they think your going to sue them. Printful might be pricey but it is worth it as you can trust them and know they are working on it. For those wanting to switch to printify.. coming from them, I say don't. Great manufacturer and cheap prices!

I'm using Printful for the 34 time, i own a shop on nozycorp(dot)com that soon ships worldwide thanks to Printful.My customers are satisfied with the products and they love the quality. If anyone tries to return some products we talk them out and help them with the issue they have.The print quality is amazing, it looks clean and professional. Painful Customer Service

I see this is a trend from reading prior reviews, but the customer support even though very responsive, do not actually take care of the issues.
