Printful are not worth the hassle!!! 50% of the recent reviews say the same! I have waited for a month and 5 days for my sample hat and hoodie- this was for a presentation to an investor, missed that opportunity due to Printful. Incompetent and ridiculous. I built an entire Amazon shop with products focusing on the Presidential Elections. Well can you believe that they were not able to deliver? They were always out of stock, even though their website shows that they had the product in stock, and even still, began the process of "fulfillment" meaning that they charged me anyway. I ordered some products

I ordered some products. They put a hold on my order because they could not make it. I told them to cancel my entire order. They canceled only the part that they could not make and continued processing the rest and charging me for the part they could make. Great recent positive experience.I see a lot of negative reviews here about Printful but I can only praise them. I use a lot of POD suppliers and most of the US/EU suppliers are terribly unreliable, only the Chinese suppliers usually have good customer service.However, Printful offer a great and easy to use live-chat and order resolution system. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I built an entire Shopify store around one of their products, the biodegradable cell phone cases. Then, when I ordered some for myself and for influencers, they simply NEVER arrived. I contacted the company at least 5 times for updates and they kept giving excuses (but never apologizing). At this point it has been 50 days since the order and I STILL have not received my order. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

They are SO not helpful and they made…

They are SO not helpful and they made me look bad as a business. They also take FOREVER to fulfill orders. They sent my customer the wrong order but somehow it's my fault??? HORRIBLE service. They are a rip off. I am SO upset with their service. And I have a few angry disappointed customers. They're overpriced anyway. Don't bother using this service. If i could give a rating lower I would.

No clarity on their processing times. Might as well shut down since you still are using COVID as an excuse of your slow response and poor customer service. I’m done using this service and their shipping is RIDICULOUS. If only I had read the review before going ahead. Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting level of communication and service.
