This company has been a nightmare from the jump! I started using Printful for drop shipping in August, & it has been EXCRUCIATING to say the least. They have no problem taking your money when an order is placed, but blame poor print quality on your designs & shipment delays on COVID - I’ve yet to hear Amazon complain about shipping delays due to the pandemic. As a small business, stay far away.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had nothing but issues since I started using Printful as the Print on Demand supplier for my small business. Their fulfillment times are a joke, and the only responses from customer service are "we'll let our fulfillment team know". No one has any answers as your orders stay in limbo, well past the fulfillment time frames. Excellent customer service and quality printing! Whenever I run into a mishap the customer service is always there and has my back!

I find them great

I find them great, very good quality designs and garments are great quality.

At this moment I am heated.

At this moment I am heated. My order has taken a month to complete, then when they say it has been delivered I received nothing at my door. This order was for a client of my small business. So while they're upset with my services, I can only tell them "sorry for the inconvenience" as that is all im being told by printful. There is no refunds so im ass'd out. And have to recoop the money that was spent with them for the crappy service.

Bad print

I been with printful for about a month now. All my products has been great UNTIL I put my design on a RED shirt. I received the shirt and was excited until I open it up. My design was red like the shirt. They tell me it’s my design but I have the same design in a white shirt and it’s fine. I will be changing manufacturers TODAY. If you have a Shopify store and don’t want customer complaints..LEAVE PRINTFUL ALONE ASAP

Save yourself the frustration. Don’t use Printful.

Wow. Just wow. This company is policy over people, no question about that. You can see that in the replies they write here on reviews. I recently lost all my Printful mockup files due to my computer hard drive crashing. I finally had time to go over to Printful to remake them and guess what? Since I hadn’t had 3 sales in the past 30 days, I’m blocked from making new mockups. Literally blocked. I’m a busy mom and POD is a side thing I do right now, but I’m trying to build it and do things ...
