I have nothing but good experiences with Printful. The set up process is user friendly and customer service always on hand to help. 5 Stars from me.

All-over print face mask pretty good, but print time long.

I ordered the custom all-over print face mask on 10/4 and received 10/29, so there is quite a lag time. I was impressed by the print quality. The mask is soft (a silky poly) and has a nose wire for a tight fit. I have a small face and so the part that goes over the chin is a little loose, but the pleating allows you to tuck it under the chin pretty nicely. Great Customer Service & Quality

I recently had a customer reach out to me to let me know that she received her mug in the mail but the handle had been broken off in the packaging. I sent pictures over to Printful detailing the damaged mug and they very promptly got back to me, offering to reship or refund to my customer. I always get compliments about the awesome quality of their products and they have been very accommodating and helpful any time I’ve had an issue with an order. I have already recommended them to others!

Stay Away from Printful.

Unfortunately, fulfillment times are insane, prices are unaffordable excluding unpredictable taxes. Can someone explain why do I have to pay taxes two times while ETSY charges me too many fees and taxes? While Printify excludes ETSY sellers from taxes, why Printful doesn't it? I am sorry to say that if you are not charging at least $25 for a $5 shirt, and $20 for a $3 mug stay away to avoid losing money. Printful is a wonderful company to use for my small business selling shirts. Their print quality is amazing, they keep you up to date on where the order is at in the fullfillment process, and they have great design tools. The customer support/service is excellent, 11/10, A+++! You can ask any question under the sun and they'll get you an answer. Thank you guys so much!!!

I ordered 2 sample shirts after spending hours setting up designs and products and setting up my shop on shopify. I did A LOT of research on T-Shirts and quality and even went around town to touch and feel some of the fabrics and I decided on the bella canvas 3001.
