SUPER company EXTREME service

SUPER company, EXCELLENT service !!!! Quality of products and service vs unrivaled price !! Ordered a custom t-shirt, 1 week later I receive it at home more beautiful than I imagined !!!! Printful is shiii*t

The shiii*t company, shiii*t service, the price they are charging is 20 times more than the price in the market, they are doing shiii*t. they put my 2 orders on hold after 7 days. and my customer's open dispute. what should I do now? they could tell me after 1 or 2 days but after 7,8 days they put on hold. shiii*t.

If I could rate less than one star I…

If I could rate less than one star I would! I placed 17 orders (over $700+ worth) for customized shirts for my company to receive branded logo shirts. The order was placed on October 22nd. After two weeks of my order staying in the "waiting for fulfillment" phase in my order notifications, I reached out to Printful's customer service, who relayed to me that all items were out of stock, and would not be in stock until December 1st. Absolutely horrible

Rerouted package

A customer complained they didn't receive their order, I looked into it and it was returned to the warehouse. Upon inquiring, the Printful team was extremely helpful in redirecting the package to my home for hand delivery to the customer due to an address error. I did not receive a notification as to the return of the package to the warehouse though, which left myself and my customer in the dark. Was rectified and communication after the fact was superb.
