In order to break even, the product has to be sold for more than it’s worth. Nevertheless, I went ahead and tried it. The delivery process was very long and when the customer did receive the item, it wasn’t printed to a good standard. I contacted customer services and was told that they need to check if it wasn’t printed to a good standard, even though I told them it wasn’t. The quickest and most polite replies can anyone imagine. We work with many companies and Prinful by far one of the best in communication. We cannot wait to start our business adventure with them.

Beyond Horrible!

Trash company! They not only take weeks to fulfill an order and ship it but they try to argue with you when you reach out to CS instead of help. The kicker is this: I accidentally filed a dispute with my card company for a Printful charge (it was supposed to be for another company) and upon noticing once Printful reached out, I canceled the dispute immediately. I did NOT receive any money back and now they are trying to charge me double!!! How can you charge me double for something I never ...

Rare Problems—Excellent Resolution!

Our small ecommerce website has been successfully integrated with Printful for over 4 years now. In all that time, I think we've had a total of maybe 3 "problems" with either A) a missing package (which is not Printful's fault) or B) an issue with an item's wrong size or print quality. Every single time Printful has stepped up to the plate and immediately resolved the issue via an easy, responsive "problem report" system where real humans communicate and take action.
