On a Sunday afternoon

On a Sunday afternoon, I was able to obtain all the information that I needed to make an informed decision about my new business and partnership with printful. This was an awesome experience. The chat agent was responsive and timely. I appreciate the engagement and as a customer service manager - this experience was one I am going to use as an example in my coaching sessions. KUDOS.

About a week a ago i noticed that occasionally while working in the app ( usually during editing in the mockup generator) whenever i tried to type text to the design the system would freeze...so i worked around it.. I have had many issues with printful

I have had many issues with printful. The print on their camo shirt peeled of almost immediately. The embroidery on my hat was folded over and still stitched on. How this wasn’t noticed by them is strange. The print on the pocket shirt was extremely poor and ink has left marks over the garment. I’ve stupidly put up with it however lost my patience when an order took 2 months and ended up at a grocery store instead of my house? Not printful fault but to open the package and find a poor ...

Printful service and customer support

Honestly, there is no such thing as a 100% perfect service. I've been using Printful for almost 3 months now. They really try their best to fulfill and ship orders even though the pandemic is making things difficult. I've had bad days with Printful but their customer support comes to the rescue and they treat you with kindness and genuineness. They stick with you until all your problems are solved. I haven't seen such great customer support similar to Printful's. I raise my hat for them and ...

Convenient but with a few limitations
